Full payment is required with your Registration Form before the Conference day. Confirmation of registration will only be issued upon receipt of full payment. |

Conference Registration fee includes lunches, refreshments, complete set of documentation and entry to the Cocktail Reception. The Conference Registration fee, however, does not include travel, accommodation and incidental costs. |

All payments should be made in USD ($) by bank draft, telegraphic transfer or credit card (Visa and Mastercard only). |

All registrations be it by fax, post, or registered online MUST reach us before 15 May 2008, after which late registrations will be considered as "WALK-INs" and subjected to "WALK-IN" fee. |

Delegates may be substituted at any time, in writing, at NO extra charge. |
|
|
Cancellations received in writing before 1 May 2008 will be refunded, less a USD 300 administrative fee. Cancellations received thereafter are not refundable. |
|
|
NextVIEW and Department of Agriculture, Philippines reserve the right to reschedule or cancel the conference, exhibition, cocktail reception or rubber plantation study tour due to circumstances beyond their control and reserve the right to make changes to the conference program or speakers without prior notice. |
